Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Sales representative (Jeremy) was professional, respectful, and most of all honest. There were no BS sales tactics, no back and forth negotiating numbers, and was up front with add-ons right when sat down to talk numbers. I never once talked to a sales manager trying to pressure/sweet talk me into purchasing a car. I only dealt with the sales representative. I really feel like Philpott Toyota trust their sales associates to close the deal and lets them do their job.

Our experience with Hillary at Philpott Toyota was honestly beyond exceptional. My wife's Toyota Tacoma ended up needing a completely new transmission, and the whole situation had us extremely stressed out. From the very beginning, Hillary went above and beyond to make sure we got the part we needed as quickly as possible and kept everything moving smoothly.
