The parking garages are topped with solar panels, which will produce about thirty percent of the power, the other seventy percent will come from other renewable sources. It will also have rainwater-harvesting tanks to hold nearly 400,000 gallons of water for irrigation. Toyota is taking steps to do its part for investing into green energy.
