I basically bought the truck over the phone.  Chuck knew what I wanted at the price and came through for me.  I was working about 5 other dealerships who just couldn't get where Chuck was.  Chuck has been the most helpful, just all around guy period.

You were highly professional and treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy.  You happily stuck with us late into the day even though it was Christmas eve.  What a sacrifice on your part!  Even when we where still asking questions after our purchase, you continued to assist us by setting up our Bluetooth system.  This was the best experience in our history of car buying.  You get a 10 out of 10 for a job well done!  We hope that other salesmen can benefit for your abilities and concern for customers.

I feel compelled to write you to express my appreciation for your helping me choose a new vehicle.  You went above and beyond the norm.  You where patient, thorough, and nothing was too much trouble for you.  You made my buying experience pleasant and fun.  In my long life I have had most every kind of experience.  Some good and some not so good.  The Randy experience rates #1 and though I doubt that I will ever buy another car, (since I will be 90 in September), you can rest assured that I will send my relative and friends to you when they are thinking about a new car.
